Fees are inclusive of: Hot cooked lunch, afternoon tea, snacks- mid morning & mid afternoon, Government funded places are provided for 3 & 4 year olds.
(Fees do not include – nappies, wipes, babies’ formula, parents are asked to supply their own)
Fees are reviewed annually and charges are implemented with effect from 1st July.

Breakfast hour available upon request from 07:00 – 08:00 (additional charge)
A sibling discount will be offered at a rate of 5% for the second child & 10% for the third
If a parent is late to collect their child at the end of a session or drops their child off before their booked session begins, a charge of £25 is made for every ¼ hour, or every part ¼ hour & this will be added on to your monthly invoice.
Extra days & sessions can be booked, subject to availability & payment will be added on to the monthly invoice
There are no fees due when the nursery is closed on public bank holidays
The nursery will be closed for the week between Christmas & New Year when NO REFUNDS will be given from the usual monthly fees

Out of hours cover:
Emergency cover after 6pm is charged at £30.00 per hour
A minimum of 1 full day and a half session or 2 half sessions is required.
A deposit of one month fees are requested upon acceptance of a place, which is refundable providing one months written notice to terminate the place and providing there are no outstanding bills to pay. A registration fee of £50 is also required which is not refundable. (Please note deposits are not counted as your first month’s fees) Fees are paid monthly by standing order, cheque, and cash or through childcare vouchers, by no later than the 14th of each month and any not receive by this date will incur a £25.00 late payment charge.
